The paradigm of education research is the common educational belief which is taken from the education researchers during research process, and the method and process of education research. Researchers who maintained a certain research paradigm tend to think about educational problems and use the corresponding research procedures and methods on their own initiative or not. Education research used to appear as a simple thing under the effect ion of science sense. It emphasizes the verity of education rules and pursues discovering the inner cause and effect relationship of education or the inevitable relationship between education and other exterior objects. the complexity forces the researches to be concerned about the diversification and complexity of the word ,to face to the matter's complex characteristics, such as non-linearity ,self-organization, inner stochastic, chaos. Education system has a close relationship with the physical and spiritual development of human beings. It is much more complex then physical and chemical system. This research plans to survey education anew under a complex visual threshold. It will survey the paradigm of education research based on a complex idea and a complex way of thinking. It changes the affirmance of complexity into the complex thoughts and methods of education research, achieves the conversion of paradigm of education research, establishes complexity research paradigm.There are three parts in this thesis:Above all, the first part analyzes the connotation of complexity. Complexity is relative to simplicity. It studies the abundance and variety of research objects more directly. It pays more attention to integrity, systematic ness, non-linearity, self-organization, inner stochastic and chanciness etc. then this part expatiates the meaning of educational complexity.
