In recent years, people are thinking back to technology rationalism. As a result, the development of current science appears the natural science to permeate with humanities. This kind of development pushes the permeation and fusion of science and humanity education. So the synthesis and crossing development of all subjects has become the mutual trend of educational reformation in countries in the new century. To meet the need of society, it's necessary to change the traditional biological education methods of knowledge teaching, intelligence development and technical ability forming, and to put emphasis on imparting humanities knowledge and developing humanity spirits. We gathered materials containing humanities concerns, and found out proper methods relating to humanities teaching by the research of permeating humanities concern in the biological education junior middle school. It is useful for teachers in biological education.
