A Study On The Deceptive Behaviors In University Students' Job-hunting Process

The situation of employment is much more difficult in our country, and university students are facing more difficulties in the process of their job-hunting. The university students'honesty is being tested. Their moral behaviors are important to our country's development since they are the key power in this process. Therefore, it is necessary and important to study the deceptive behaviors in university students'job-hunting process.The study looked into this phenomenon from experimental method. 791 university students of different genders, university qualities, educational levels, subjects, family origins and with different job-hunting pressure were located to 16 experimental environments randomly. We found that the differences were significant between university students of different university qualities, education levels and with different pressure, while students of different genders and family origins not. This pattern also appeared in the moral judgment and acceptance to the deceptive behaviors. Students of different genders made no significant differences in modifying their achievements, fabricating qualifications, concealing diseases, counterfeiting student cadres, fabricating practice experience and concealing signed contracts, on the other hand, students of different university qualities, educational levels, subjects, family origins and under different pressure made significant differences in modifying their achievements, fabricating qualifications, counterfeiting student cadres, fabricating practice experience and concealing signed contracts at different levels. All subjects made no significant choice in conceal-diseases aspect. At the same time, we found that students'senses of values affected their deceptive behaviors in the job-hunting process. Finally, we gave our suggestions to this phenomenon.
