Content: The theory of learning organization has caused the extensive concerns of other kinds of social organizations since the 1980s with its use succeeded in the business interests. So could it be applied in the schools? It is the proposition put forward in this article regarded as a breakthrough point and preliminary discussion were carried on.This thesis briefly introduced the birth, defined the intension, analyzed the characteristics and models of the theory through narrating the study results at abroad and home, put forward the background, possibility and certainty structured the learning organization in schools; probed into the current questions appeared in the course of operating, thus proposed the urgency of structuring through the cases.On the basis of making a further analysis on the essential features of learning organization in schools structuring principles and key elements had been proposed in this thesis. Tentative. programmes has been designed, cases were exemplified, especial practical exploration in my teaching practice were combined. It is proved that it is the only way of improving the teaching quality and standard for running a school, promoting the whole efficiency of the school, realizing the sustainable development.
