Teaching strategy is about how can communicate knowledge to students and how can teach effectively. The focus is that teachers can use teaching methods creatively when they were confronted with different instructional situations. Chemistry curricula is an important part in acience education .It plays inalterable role in impoving the students scientific qualities and making the students developing in all aspects .At present, although the effects of our senior chemistry in developing areas has been improved a lot, there are still many problems which are not satisfactory. So we should solve the teachers' teaching strategy as soon as possible.Improving instruction usually focus on teaching strategy which is based on psychological theory. Based on practical research, this article uses constructive learning theory, theory of teaching optimum, classified theory of learning outcomes , analyses the factors of teachers, students and curricula which affect senior chemistry curricula in developing areas, proposes the conceptions of the teaching strategies principles of senior chemistry in developing area.
