The present age collegians who are in a state of this date , their states of mind ,morals and diathesis are health as a whole , most of the students work hard, have strong advanced heart and a spirit of enterprise, but when we see the moment of advancement , we have to admit that we also have the phenomena of violate discipline in each typical of college students ,and that as well as appearing a new more characteristic and upward trend, in recent years we even see that students send their schools to court because they disobey the punishment of the violate discipline. Facing to this new changes, have been taken to insure of sending eligibility graduation students to the society, colleges should on basis research of students' thoughts, ideas, actions, and mentality characteristic, to analyze the reasons of causing the violate discipline, and actively explore the good way of manage and criteria students' behavior, to make the schools' students' management work and the rules of punishment of the violate discipline more lealer and more rationalizing.Firstly ,the author said something about the students' violate discipline 's types of state, characteristics, the winds of change ,and the winds of future. Then, he from the subjective and the objective two sides to deeply analyzed the reasons of causing the violate discipline behavior, fully enunciated the objection environment's bad factor was the important factor which caused the students' violate discipline, but students themselves' subjection reasons were the key which lead to their violate discipline behavior.
