Sub-health status is a mid-status during the health status transforming to disease status. In modern society of high development speed and severe competitions, human's sub-health status has become an important factor to threaten the human's health. The sub-health status can occur in different people groups, of which, the universities students are high-occurring people group of sub health status, with the heavier pressure brought to the students by social competition and employment obtaining, the problem of students'sub-health status has become more and more glared, this has turned into a problem not to be ignored and shall be paid close attention to by the society.This article analyzed and studied main manifestation of sub-health status of universities students and the key factors that occurred this based on plenty of literatures and materials. Besides, a sampling investigation has been carried out to investigate the sub-health status of Uygur nationality (hereinafter referred to as"Uygur") and Han Nationality students in colleges and universities of Xinjiang through questionnaire. The inspecting data has been processed, compared and analyzed by EXCEL software, and the investigation result showed: the proportion of body sub-health status people group in Han nationality students in colleges and universities of Xinjiang is higher than that of the Uygur. The proportion of psychological sub-health status people group in Uygur students is higher than that of Han students.
