Objective: The experiment is to study the influence of conjugated linoleic acid conbinewith exercise on body weight and biochemical index of blood and organs of hyperlipidicdietary rats, probing into the possible mechanism of conjugated linoleic acid decreasingadipose and exercise affecting it's decreasing adipose function mechanism. This willoffer the theoretical foundation for its development and application in the field ofdecreasing obesity.Methods: The male SD mice (weight 60-90g) were divided into five groups: normalgroup (NG), hyperlipid group (HG), exercise group (EG), conjugated linoleic acid group(CLG), conjugated linoleic acid +exercise group (CEG). All groups were fed withhyperlipidic dietary except normal group. SD mice has swum without load for 6 weeks:swam five days each week and 90 minutes each time. SD mice of (HG) and (CEG) werefed with conjugated linoleic acid for a total dose of 1g kg-1 of body weight. The weightof SD mice were measured once time each week. After the last weighing body weight,we examined the content of total cholesterol, trigyceride, high density lipoprotein inserum getting blood from abdominal artery. We measured the activity of lipoproteinlipase and hepatic lipase with adipose tissue and liver tissue fetching from SD miceadipose pad and liver. At last we measured body length and weighed the weight ofepididymal adipose pad and renal adipose pad. The Lee index and adipose to body ratiowere calculated according to formulary.Result: 1 The body weight, the body length, the Lee index of HG are higher then NG,then it has the same result in the weight of epididymal fat pad, renal fat pad and adipose body propotion. 2 The body weight, Lee index, epididymal fat pad, renal fat pad andadipose to body ratio of EG, CLG and CEG are lower then HG. 3 The content of TC andTG in serum are higher in HG then in NG, and the content of HDL in serum is lower inHG then in NG. 4 The content of TC and the TG in serum of EG, CLG and CEG arelower then HG, the content of HDL in serum of EG, CLG and CEG are higher then HG.The content of TG and TC of CEG are lower then EG or CLG, content of HDL in serumof CEG is higher then EG or CLG. 5 The LPL activity of EG, CLG and CEG is lowerthen HG, HL activity of EG, CLG and CEG is higher then HG. The LPL activity of CEGis lower then EG or CLG, HL activity of CEG is higher then EG or CLG.Conclusion: The conjugated linoleic acid can decrease hyperlipidic dietary mice's bodyweight and body adipose content, letdowning blood adipose, weakening activity of LPLin adipose tissue, strengthening acitivity of HL, demonstrating positive decreasingobesity effect and exercise can instensify this function. We inferred one of decreasingadipose mechanism is that Conjugated linoleic acid can regulate adipose albumenmotabolites and exercise may reinforce it's adjust founction on activity of adiposealbumen enzyme.
