Japan's Enterprise Vocational Education After Second World War

Japanese enterprise interior vocational education began with the Mingzhi period.From Mingzhi period to the second World War, Japanese enterprise vocational education had been adjusted correspondingly in order to suit the requirement of the different stages of the enterprise development. After the second World War,the Japanese enterprise vocational education fit to the lifelong employment system and the conditions of Japan been given the more attention of the whole nation ,no matter the administrative levels means and its forms or the installment of the organization of the vocational education has been perfect and consummate greatly as well as its contents and methods. And at last formed the characteristics—the sound law and regulations of enterprise vocational education; the universality and the totality of this education; the individualization and collectivization; the specialization and versatile; the lifelong and ethics principle of enterprise vocational education in Japan. The enterprise'series economic miracle had taken advantage of the developed Japanese enterprise vocational education which not only can enliance the competition power of the Japanese enterprise, make the enterprise to adjust to the changing environment, raise the economic benefit, but also can satisfy the ego need of the staff and it is the biggest welfare of them.But as the Japanese economics was depressed in 1980s, the widely used enterprise administration model such as the lifelong employment: system had been shaked a lot, and the defects of the enterprise vocational education had taken on gradually. However one thing can be assured is that the enterprise vocational education will continually as the main method for teaching and training the staff, and the outmode and its defects will be changed according to the interior and exterior environment. So the historic inspection of the Japanese enterprise vocational education will have a very important enlightenment role for the undeveloped enterprise vocational education in China.
