These years, with the development of the international situation and social conditions, the voice of educational reform is higher than anytime in China. The reform of curriculum and exam system is the most important .The mission of this research is closely bound up educational development, further with national development.In UK, the choices young people make between age fourteen and nineteen affect their whole lives.
