The Building Of Learning Family In Center City

The 21st century is a society of knowledge-based economy in which information is developing rapidly. The knowledge and technical ability develops fast with the speed of renewing.The idea that one's life passes through two phases, i.e. learning and working, is behind the time.The development of the age needs people to learn lifelong,lifelong learning has become the principle of human to exist in the 21th century. Developing learning family is application of the principle of lifelong learning.To create learning family is the trend of both social and educational development, developed nations, such as the United States, Japan, all tack positive measures to develop learning family, and have accumulated some experience. In China learning family being placed a starting stage. In this paper, by using literature method, comparison method and induction method, expounding a theoretical angle briefly depicting the connotation, characteristics and the significance of learning family, the author told people what kind of family is learning family, what should studying do for a learning family; and based on the thinking of lifelong learning, learning organization and the theory of multiple intelligences, and by analyzing common family in center city in the aspects of educating the key problem of the esse, and the main factor of creating learning family, the author presented the way of thinking in city developments learning family. That is:Developing learning family is a complicated system engineerings, needing the government, society, school, community, family the everyone to make effort.First, the government should give the guide on the policy accompanied with the system of guarantee in learning family developments.Second, the society should have present the right public opinion in learning family developments.Third,the school should have present rise leading function in creating the activity of learning family activity.Fourth,the community should develop the generalizing function in learning family developments.Finally, the parents should change the idea, positivly practise themselves in learning family developments.
