The diversification of teaching mode in cultivating qualified graduates in higher educational institutes refers to the teaching mode in which the institutes, according to their own orientations, special features and cultivation targets, construct and combine their local modes, which manifest a relative variety within a certain scope, so as to joint the need of individual development and that of society, and create a more appropriate learning space for different students. It stresses the full manifesto of student's being principal part during the process of learning, the openness the teaching process, the perspective of quality based on pluralistic concept, the respect for the individual diversity and thus to teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Compared with the traditional teaching mode of singularity and consistency, the diversification of teaching mode consists of the multiformity of cultivation scale, teaching management mechanism and teaching format, whose teaching process has the features of being multiform, dynamic, idiosyncratic and developable.The diversification of teaching mode in cultivating qualified graduates in higher educational institutes is a new exploration and path of Chinese higher educational reformation to make Chinese higher education suitable for the change of standards of qualified personnel along with the development of society. Higher educational reformers deeply understand, stubbornly stick to the basic purpose of promoting the full and harmonious development of individual and actively carry on this reformation.The author, through comparing the diversification of teaching mode in cultivating qualified graduates in higher educational institutes with the traditional singular teaching mode, thus finding the changes and characteristics in teaching activities and the subsequent new problems and new phenomena, promotes new theories and demands of teaching quality management. And starting from the correlative theories of managerial science, combining with the teaching practice, the author further develops the following measures of tackling the problems in the process of teaching quality management, and that in the functional reformation. Firstly, to establish the target plan mechanism participated by multiply aspects; secondly, to perform a softened process control; thirdly, to fully introduce developable teaching quality evaluation; and lastly, to develop the duel incentives of the faculty. By these four tackling measures, the teaching quality management should acclimatize itself to the demands of teaching reformation and change of teaching mode, and the managerial conception and practices should be initiative, advanced, adaptable and scientific.
