The teaching practice for the graduates majoring in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training enables them to get the perceptual knowledge about the teaching practice, to strengthen their responsibility and acceptance about the teaching career, and to facilitate the transformation from the specialty into integrative knowledge. The monitor and evaluation of the teaching practice quality management about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training can make a positive instruction and foster the improving of the teaching practice quality and the students'integrative ability in practice. The management and evaluation system of teaching practice quality about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training is based on the aims and tasks of teaching practice, and it is a systematic examination and checking of the teaching practice management of the graduates about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training.Besides, it is also a measure to judge whether the graduates achieve the given requirements, in order to modify.In this paper, Research methods of document date, questionnaire investigation and analytic hierarchy process are adopted.To begin with, this thesis makes further study about the theoretical foundation of management and evaluation framework of teaching practice quality about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training.Define some relative concepts, puts forward management theory basis, analyze The Mode and the Functional, value orientation for management and evaluation framework of teaching practice quality about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training.Further more, aiming at the present situation of management and evaluation framework of teaching practice quality about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training, prove the necessity and urgency demonstrated to implement quality management.Finally, this paper primarily constitutes the framework teaching practice quality about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training and gives an analysis of the constitution, then draws some conclusions:(1) The quality management of the teaching practice about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training is a good way to enhance the comprehensive ability of the graduates, and the evaluation system can foster the connection between the quality management and college education, so it is meaningful in social practice. Meanwhile, it can provide some theory basis and reference for the study of the teaching practice quality management.(2) The constitution of the evaluation system is based on the theory combination of the general quality management and ISO9000 tribe standard, according to the theory and methods of teaching evaluation. It is finished on the foundation of large collection of materials and combination with teaching practice experience, in order to guarantee the scientificity, comprehensiveness and systematicness of the evaluation system.(3) Evaluation index system corresponds with the systematic wholeness and dynamism. It is a multilayer and relatively independent system consisting five first grade indexes, namely practice quality planning, practice resource management, practice quality control, practice quality assurance and practice quality improvement, and twenty five second grade indexes. (4) This research combine the methods of qualitative investigation and quantitative study, the index have excellent internal consistency via checking.Therefore, management and evaluation framework of teaching practice quality about the Graduates in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training can play monitoring and evaluating role in the system for graduates'teaching practice from now on.
