Recently, the studies on the learning family are theoretical or practical. This research bases on the theoretical study of learning family, analyzing the concepts and the important factors of the learning family, and then explores the inspiration to our modern familial education.The methods of this research are of literature and conversation. By referring to the information of the learning organization, the lifelong education, the learning family and the familial education, I conclude the theoretical background, concepts and the most important factors of the learning family. Moreover, I bring forward the new concept and the factors of the learning family.In addition, I have a conversation with some parents, and then find the problems of the familial education and the possibility of building a learning family. Learning is the course of change, the change of one's ability and tendency. Learning is the change of one's spirit. Generally, learning family has a clear familial vision, all the numbers of the family learning perpetually for personal mastery, promoting the adaptive ability and the living quality of the family.The learning family has six factors. They are personal mastery, sense of responsibility and love, familial vision, shared time, team learning, reflection and detection. Building the learning family needs the perpetual reflection and learning of parents. The parents must realize their goal of the familial education and develop dialogue with the children. So these disciplines are good for improving the effect of familial education.
