Research On The Construction Of Learning Family

With the development of knowledge-based economy, learning society is approaching. In the report of the 16th conference of the Communist Party of China (CPC), it put forward the concepts that we should construct a learning society as well as set up a lifelong educational system, and would take it as one of the objectives to strive for well-off society. As we all know, the formation of a learning society lies on the establishment of learning families. Families are cells of a society; healthy families are the foundation of a civilized society. If all families become healthy and civilized, our society will be filled with sunshine and will be more civilized and healthier. It has been proved that the construction of learning family will benefit individual family's happiness and society's harmony. Learning families have been in full flourish in developed regions such as Shanghai and Beijing, even in remote provinces such as Ningxia some test bases have been set up for the establishing of learning families and obvious effects have been acquired. On the basis of analyzing the construction theory of learning families, this paper mainly further discusses the construction of learning families in Henan province.As taking Henan Province as an example to discuss the construction of learning family, two factors are mainly taken into account: On the one hand, Henan is an agricultural province with the largest population which is located in the center of China. The development of Henan affects the gowning up of the middle area and even the whole nation's development. Mr. Deng Xiaoping once said, a nation's development depends on talented persons, talented persons'cultivation depends on education, and the foundation of education lies in family. The practice of family education may benefit from the construction of learning family. Therefore, the construction of learning family will affect Henan's development in certain degree. On the other hand, Henan has the medium level of development in economy, culture and education among our country.
