According to the condition of the appraisal theory and practice in the home and abroad for teachers.To face the question of teachers appraisal in our country, it's necessary to set up a new system for teachers—The development appraisal system. It is not only pay attention to the expression of the teacher in work, but also the development of the school .in this time, let the teachers know the school so much that train them the spirit of the masters. According to the expression for making the aims and the direction, in the future to provide the chance of the ability and teaching level .At present ,It is to set up the system of the development education during the appraisal tendency. To give play to the function and pay attention to the way in an all-round way; development and diversification, thus raise appraisal level and function.This article introduces the history of the teacher appraisal and the question in brief. For example the physics teacher in senior school the research target, to build a system for raising the teaching quality and achieving the development of teacher, student and school in common.
