To prepare lessons for a teacher is important , It is basic and precondition for an excellentclass and determines the education quality of teachers and learning quality of students .Sohow to prepare lessons better is important for a teacher ,and it is also a valuable question for apursuer .New courses innovation introduce the dialogue theory into Chinese teaching,conception about teacher and student, conception about teaching, conception about courses allchanged due to the dialogue theory. All about that influences enormously the Chineseteaching job .Here we find a lot of questions in Chinese teacher's preparative for lessons , acertain extent which influence the quality of teaching job, so introduce the dialogue theoryinto preparative for lessons become a development direction.This paper consist of four parts:The first part, compendious presentation about the dialogue theory. In theory, this partdiscuss about the essence of dialogue , course of dialogue and how to achieve dialogueeffectively ,so reader can gain a basic impression about the dialogue theory.The second part, we discuss the significance which the advanced theory bring on . Firstly,we analyse the change of teacher's conception. Secondly, we try to analyse the questionswhich exist in the preparative for lessons ,ponder ulteriorly the causation——unculturedconception. Comparing with the dialogue theory, we consider the development direction ofthe preparative for lessons is tend towards dialogue.The third part, we discuss the primary dialogue relations in the preparative for lessonsand how to achieve them, these are the emphasis of this paper. Here we discuss six pair ofdialogue relations: dialogue between Chinese teacher and courses precis , dialogue betweenChinese teacher and teaching material, dialogue between Chinese teacher and coursesresource, dialogue between Chinese teacher and students, dialogue between Chinese teacherand himself, dialogue between Chinese teacher and Chinese teacher. Make use of examplesand correlative theory ,the paper discuss amply the characteristic of every dialogue relationand how to achieve it.The four part, the expectation about Chinese teacher's preparative for lessons in theepoch when Information revolution has been happening. We can't discuss any questiondisengaging the given epoch backdrop, Information revolution has influenced markedlyhuman subsistence fashion and learning fashion, so it must influence the Chinese teacher'spreparative for lessons. We are cognizant of this and try to analyse the advantaged conditionswhich are brought by the given epoch when we try to introduce the dialogue theory intoChinese teacher's preparative for lessons.
