Based on the summary of various of previous researches on this subject from the point of other subjects view, the author considers that the work dilemma in nature reserve is by no means a pure economy, management, mechanism or other questions, but a complicated, multi-factors interweaving social question. It may be solved with the sociological theories and methods in the range of sociology. However, at present, there is still no systematic research on this problem in sociology view. Taking Baishuijiang nature reserve as an example, the author attempts to from the sociological analysis angle of view and the theory construction to embark the exploratory research. The basic process is as follows: from the government order management pattern in nature reserve to analyze those forms the work dilemma in nature reserve have behaved under this pattern and draw the conclusion that the work dilemma in nature reserve is every interest group, namely the manager of nature reserve and the local government representing national long-term benefits and villagers representing short-term benefits gambles mutually focusing on the survival mechanism, the development mechanism, the administration mechanism and law mechanism. The author tried to focus on the interests of both sides (national long-term interests and villagers short-term interests), and tripartite mains (the manager of nature reserve, local government and villagers) to expatiate on the interrelationships between the mains. Thus we can establish a gambling model of tripartite relations among the managers of nature reserve, local government and villagers to display the work dilemma in nature reserve that amends the model of bilateral relations that we are familiar. Furthermore, this model is explained standing at the angle of nation-society relation. Finally, this text analyze the new power structure which is prevailing now after co-management is introduced, and come up with a new mode of power relation which is worth attempting and may achieve tripartite benefits winning altogether.
