| As a product of the bourgeois democracy republican system, interest groups came into being since late 18th century and played a very important role in many aspects since its appearance, such as interest integration, government supervision, civil rights realization and so on. Researches on interest groups at home and abroad are a lot, but most of them are focusing on its historical evolution, reasons for development and influence on government policies.However, with the development of interest groups, their limitations and negative effects gradually come out, including money politics, corruption, unfair competition, government efficiency influence, etc. Therefore, it has become a practical political problem to regulate, guide and standardize the activities of interest groups .It is rare to see a research from the angle of group regulation. Thus, it is a tentative analysis and also a creative process for the author to do the research from this perspective.Interest groups in America, which is their cradleland, not only enjoy the largest number, but also exert great influence in various political process. Thereby, American group politics can be called the representative of the whole world, which is also the reason why the emphasis of this paper lies in American interest groups.In China, with the improvement and development of democratic politics, varieties of interest groups are emerging in an endless stream, and playing an increasingly important role.Hence, researches on regulation systems of American interest groups, especially on the methods and means to regulate their actions, can act as reference and guidance of various aspects such as the formulation of corresponding systems in China, the standardization and guidance of the sound development of interest groups, etc.But at the same time we should see that the interest groups in China have their own particularities in both size and structure.So we should consider our own particularities and classify the regulations. |
