Conversion approach is one of the nethods that are widejy used for solving mathematical problems,it is also one of the methods that students in elementary sghools have to learn. The Conversion opproach has three elements:the object that needs to be converted, the converted object and the ways to convert to the lattle.Theconverting precess should comply with the following important principles : targets-simplification;style-harmonization;form-standardization;inconvenience-decreasing;trouble-specifying;level of complication-lowing. The way of conversion includes compounding and decompounding;equivalent transforming and so on.The Converting approach is usually used in three aspects: acquiring new acknowledge;searching for solutions to problems and elucidating the structure of knowledge..The theory of dialectic materialism has revealed that the world we are living in is full of connections and contradictions .Which provides The theoretical basis for the theconversion approach. The internal logic contaction imbedded in mathmtics. makes it possible to convert and induce. The strategies that can be used for conversion include function Conversion, major-minor Conversion, Integer-part conversion, reversion conversion, mapping conversion, A primary and a secondary aspect Conversion;dialectic conversion and so on. The teaching procedure, which is .governed by .the conversion approach must also comply with rules of probing, captaining, leading and participating. Try to make implied and indirect clues obvious and directly, pay attention to the conversion approach penetrated in the math teaching will be beneficial to the promotion of the teaching quality.
