| Spoken communication is the basic language interaction for human being, and is also the most direct way for communication. The basic idea of the New Chinese Syllabus is that based on human being, focused on the development of human being, improving the full qualities of students and making a solid foundation for the students' full-life development after entering the society. The purpose of the improvement of the spoken communication is to make a full-development for the students and improve their life quality. In order to serve for society, it must pay much attention to the spoken communication skills in Chinese course. However, because of confining the tradition education system, spoken communication teaching was not highlighted. Even though there was a little development on spoken communication teaching recently theoretically and practically, and many people made some effort on it, the result was not satisfied because of some reasons practically and objectively.This thesis tries to study the characteristics and functions from the angles of linguistics, communication science and thinking science. And we are able to find that dynamic communication can be achieved by spoken language, not only from still listening and speaking practice. After knowing the independence and significance of spoken communication, we should regard it as a course and probe its objectives and development, so that we can understand its orientations, emphasize the spoken communication teaching in Chinese course and highlight the cultivation of the communication skills and the patterns of thinking so as to construct a independent, particular and complete spoken communication teaching system. |
