A Study On The Education Resources Platform Of Informatizition In Universities

21^st century is an era of knowledge economy, with a dominant character ofwidespread usage of information technology. Try to meet these needs will be animportant task in university management. Teaching management is a material part ofuniversity management, the digital extent of which will directly influence efficiencyand performance of schools.Recently, the government and universities invest a lot in digital campus, andencouraging progress has made. Information management has been applied inuniversity teaching system;campus network is found with a large amount of users.Online office, online management, online teaching and online service appear in someuniversities. But through in-depth analysis we found some problems. The system islack of programming;information is hard to be shared and communicated;the appliedsystem is short of efficient integration;the uniform interface implements for users areabsence which makes users isolated. To solve all these problems, we put forward anidea of management platforms for teaching resource in university.Building university resource platforms(URP) calls for integrated support fromthe whole universities and all departments, which need technology innovation and areform on management pattern. People can use management information theory toallocate resources more efficiently, to optimize the management structure and process,to accelerate management information delivery and feedback, to make teachingmanagement more scientific and suitable.The research is base on comparative analysis of digital campus home and abroad,using questionnaires data on digital extent collected in dozens of universities. Theauthor also has some practical experiments in building digital campus in Economic andManagement Department in Tsinghua University, Economic and ManagementDepartment in Beijing Institution of technology and Management Department in ChinaYouth University for Political Sciences. With a comprehensive description on networkgroups, educational administration system, administration system, service system andetc, the author promotes to use management platforms for teaching resource to solvethe difficulties in standardization, integration and digitization of educational resources,to strength teaching management and improve efficiency of administration in alldepartments.
