| The research is based on expansionary psychological consultation theory and investigations to the university students mood, put forward with the plot that implementing expansionary psychological consultation by emotive education in university. The research is aimed at designing one suitable for our school educational course of emotive education, helping students to learn to regulate self-mood and deal with the pressure through the form of the psychological consultation course, reducing the unnecessary pressuring source. Its main purposes are as follows:1. To probe into the effect the emotive education to stabilize emotive, promote adaptive capacity and the competence of psychological health for university students;2. To explore the coaching courses to suitable for university, try to find out the operating mode of expansionary psychological consultation for the university in practice;3. To construct tentatively the model of Cognition--Mood for emotive education. The course of emotive education is based mainly on Rational- emotive educationtheory, arousing Cognition-Phenomenon study -Interaction theory, and Emotion intelligence theory. Our course content is designed ten units divided into 20 class hours.Coach form: Psychological consultation lesson and coaching individually.Research object: The target of Psychological consultation lesson is two classes of 179 students in Xi'dian University; the target of coaching individually is one boy of the three grade.Research approach: Our Adopt CCSAS and CCSMHS to check the psychological health among one grade, and choose two classes that is similar to scale score, i.e. experiment class and contrast class. Our implement emotive education to experiment class, refuse to coach contrast class. Use same quantity form to carry on test and assess after guiding an intervention, then analysis the data in front and back by SPSS 10.0.The result: (1)Emotive education can promote mood stability, adaptive capacity and psychological health level of university students. (2)Emotive education is suitable for growing university student, especially suitable for implementing and advancing expansionary psychological consultation of university as important course. |
