A Study On The College Moral Education Under The Internet Background

With the rapid development of the Internet message technology, as the sign of Information/ Communication Revolution, the Internet have been changing the people's mental life and the material civilization that among almost every area. There're some scholar declared that the Internet is the second important scientific matter after the "knowing the usage of fire" in the human society as a sign on the upgrade revolution. And now the Internet has made great and deep impression among all kinds of ways in people's daily ordinary life. It is more important than the 18~th Centaury Industry revolution, which had deeper and further influence and gained more important meaning.Internet had made great efforts to China's higher education, especially in the moral education. It is a challenge when we faced to such an important task that we must calmly treat it in a serious and scientific way.Firstly, we should be very glad to see that the Internet has given us a new opportunity to higher moral education. As a new technology, the Internet has provided us a new environment to our higher school moral education, which had extended new interspaces and resources. It also provided new technical conditions for the teachers to make more effective moral education, the works of educators' would be more welcomed to the students. With the development of the Internet technology, it will do benefit to improve their healthy personality and become a useful person in the future. And the student will took a lot of benefit from it.Secondly, we should clearly known that the Internet technology is a "Dual edged blade", that means we should realize its both good influence and negative infection to the society whether the people correctly use it or not. Those make new challenge to the higher school moral education. At present, some structure problems of the moral educator team are obviously not adapted to the Internet era, the team structure should be rebuild, teaching staff's self-qualities and principle concept have to face the dual challenge from the Internet era and the student's needs. To the student who act as an object of the moral education, for their youth and weakness in mentality, behavior, psychology etc. those aspects were easily influenced by the network. And some methodsand contents of the mental education have been demoded, which we had to envisage and explore.Thirdly, being faced opportunity and challenge, should we explore the innovative issue of mental education that under the Internet circumstances. This paper analyzed emphatically from two aspects: The one is Content Innovation of mental education, corresponding to the influence of Internet and the construction of socialistic modernization to the future demands of cultivated person with abilities, of which a new content established. The Second is Method Innovation of mental education, basing on the information technology to spread out the works of mental education, which is a innovation of mental educate work with new modes and counter measures. Mental educate work is not only grasped characteristics of the Internet, but also required systematic work under scientific ways, which provided important assurance to the college student's Internet mental educate purpose and the educational task accomplishment.Fourth, to explore new mental educate approaches actively under the Internet background. As a college mental educator, we should be earnest to study the new circumstances and positions which to upgrade the traditional throughways. Make progress with era at the same time; actively strive for initiative positions to explore a way of the mental educational innovation, suiting to our college in China. We should insist administrate the internet according with the laws, to ensure the Internet developed orderly; to establish a whole regulate system of mental education, which are the regulations to pre-online, online, off-line, there're no careless omission; to gasp the opportunities, let the theories of Marxism, Deng Xiaoping's, Three Represents to lead the mental, politics' education; We should also pay attention to construct the group of college Internet mental educator for enhancing the guidance of the college student's self-quality improvementIf only we treated the problems staidness, analyzed the counter measure in a proper way, we believed, could we make great efforts to make full use of the Internet technology in the mental and political education, and overcome the present or possible negative influence of the Internet on the college mental education.
