In March,2015,Chinese Premier Li Keqiang for the first time put forward the "Internet Plus"action plan in the government work report at the third session of China’s 12th National People’s Congress,which nailed down the target on national strategy level to use "Internet Plus" as the impetus to encourage industry innovation,to boost cross-border integration,to benefit the society and people’s livelihood,and to promote the innovative development of economy and society.Combining traditional industry with the new generation of Internet information technology represented by cloud computing,big data and new media,not only breeds new growth point,expands emerging formats,and provides opportunities for people to start their own businesses and to make innovations,but also drastically changes people’s lives,which indicates that our country has stepped into a brand new era of "Internet Plus".The characteristics of this era,"cross-border integration,innovation promotion,structural reconstruction,respect for humanity,open ecology,connecting everything",face every walk of life with opportunity and challenge of transformation,upgrade,and evolution and college education is no exception.With the arrival of the era of "Internet Plus",the study,life and social activities of college teachers and students are growing dependent on the Internet and college moral education is faced with unprecedented changes of external environment and internal structure.Therefore,how to bring the Internet into full play in college moral education,how to deeply integrate the latest achievements in the Internet area with the innovation of college moral education,and how to realize a new form of college moral education which utilizes the Internet as basic platform and implementation tool,have become a major task for the optimization and innovation of college moral education in the era of"Internet Plus".In this article,through theoretical research and practical analysis,I will emphatically analyze changes in people’s thought and technological advantages that the "Internet Plus" era has brought to the college moral education.And by combining new information technology with every link,approaches and carriers in the process of college moral education,I strive to achieve an optimizing way of new idea and approach in moral education,so as to create a new mode of moral education practice.Apart from the introduction,this article includes five chapters,and they are divided into three parts:The first part,namely the first chapter,will explain what "Internet Plus" is.This article will explain in details the origin of "Internet Plus",and mainly study several epoch-making and symbolic information technology,such as cloud computing,big data and new media and so on,which will pave the way for the innovative research on the application of new information technology of the "Internet Plus" era to college moral education.The second part,including chapter two and chapter three,includes the analysis of the opportunities and challenges that the "Internet Plus" era has brought to college moral education.Firstly,the article defines the core concept that this article will study,makes it clear that the college moral education that is studied in this article belongs to which part in the integrated moral education,and mainly defines the specific carriers of moral education that will be analyzed in this article.Then,I will also analyze the impact of "Internet Plus" era on college moral education.Through the analysis of new changes that the arrival of "Internet Plus" era has brought to college moral education,I will then summarize the changes in college teachers and students’ study,life and social activities,so as to pinpoint the new challenges and difficulties that face college moral education.At the same time,since the research background in this article is the arrival of the "Internet Plus" era,in the article,I will also present the development course of the innovation incollege moral education in the context of Internet,and then summarize the experience and inspiration of innovative development of college moral education,which will provide strategies and methods for the research on innovative development.In the third part,including chapter four and chapter five,I will analyze the implementation path of the innovationin college moral education in the "Internet Plus" era.Firstly,on theoretical level,I will put forward the principles and methods of the innovation in college moral education in the"Internet Plus" era,so as to establish the overall objectives and basic principles of the innovative development of college moral practice,toget my ideas into shape,and to construct fundamental outline of innovation.On the basis of what has been analyzed,I will then put forward the idea of keeping moral education’s progressiveness through the fostering of ideas,the improvement of abilities,and the management of order in the "Internet Plus" era;of guaranteeing the effectiveness of moral educationthrough "O2O" mode and the construction of new media platforms;of guaranteeing the scientific nature of the process of moral education through the realization of management by information technology and analysis of Big Data.Finally,through case study,I will embody the achievements in theoretical research,establish several new models in college moral education in the"Internet Plus" era,and provide reproducible guidelines in moral education,so as to expect the wide application of innovation models could promote the effectiveness of college moral education.
