The quality problem of the continuing education is the most important juncture in the lifelong education system ,and only through the increase of the continuing education quality , the continuing increase of the quality of talented person can come true. The quality of the continuing education is the extent of the graduate quality satisfy society and the demanding of the person who receive education. Thesis base on the use of the systematology and the information theory in raising the quality of the continuing education, through the use for reference of experience in raising the quality of the continuing education overseas, Analysis the problem which lie in the continuing education and it's scale present condition in our country. The problem main include perform in the mode of education, teaching fashion, teachers situation, and how to direct current position of education quality. Penman find out the main causes about the problem above is that the shortage of the view of the importance of the continuing education, the contents of the continuing education pursuit one-sided professional, insufficient study of the demand of market, the shortage of effective monitoring about the quality of the continuing education.Thesis bring up the main measures in how to increasing the continuing education quality, enhance enlarge conscious of the continuing education quality, satisfy the indicator system of evaluation, enlarge the plunge of current expenditure, reinforce teachers troops, enforce teaching management. At the same time, thesis propose the effective mode of how to run a school and the pathway of how to loan which aim to improve continuing education quality. The mode is that found the continuing education group, develop the continuing education property, branch out the pathway of loan, reinforce the unified management about the continuing education by the continuing education group. Arrange the relations between the continuing education and society, elementary education, and the relations inside the continuing education system, unify the country benefit with unit benefit and individual benefit, realize the final target of increasing the continuing education quality.Last of all, thesis aim at the developing present condition of The Continuing Education College of Dalian University of Technology(DUTCEC), analysis problem of the continuing education quality of DUTCEC in detail, through the analysis of the ratification extent about graduates from the department who make use of personnel, reach a conclusion that on the setup of the continuing education educating target, college should more pay close attention to the learner's full-scale and harmonious development. The educating target should come to themultiple. Base on above, penman bring up concrete measures in the aspect of how to improve the continuing education quality about DUTCEC. That is educate students aim at the demand of society, make the graduate not only have very strong technical abilities, but also have very strong study abilities and creative abilities, and by which make individual full-scale develop, educate out the high-quality applied mode and multiplex talented that really meet requirement of the society.
