| In the past few years, most students speak insincerely while they are writing their compositions. There are empty words in the compositions. It' s very serious to have such matters of distortion. Some students even have lost the abilities to observe events with their childlike innocence and to express their aspirations in their compositions. Herein I' 11 analyze the problems of "distortion" according to the variety of real facts among the compositions. There are affective distortion, lingual distortion, material distortion and idealistic distortion and so on. We should make clear the essence differences between "distortion" and "imitation" in the compositions and find out the causes from social surroundings, education system, teaching ideal, teaching materials and teaching methods. With the help of research on pedagogy, psychology and sociological theory combined with my teaching experience and the spirits of new courses reformation, now we here discuss the harmful distortion in the compositions. The distortion in the compositions not only obstructs the students to exert their writing level but also vanishes the interest of their writing, even the personality and creativity of diction. The fact also proves that the distortion does not only do harm to writing itself but also to personal emotion, moral character, inside world and also influences personal growth and spiritual health. As the students are growing up, these dangers will appear on the surface and are getting worse in their future humanness and life, even influence the native language and the development of good social ethos. Language is the most direct manner in the perception world. To cultivate someone' s language ability is to cultivate him or her themselves. If language becomes lifeless, our perception and creativity will shrink. To solve the problem of distortion in the students' compositions is of great importance in the development of our nature as well as the reformation of the Chinese teaching. |
