Probe Into Specialization Of Chinese Teachers' In Specialized Middle School

With the arrival of the 21^st century, the qualities of workers play a more and more important role in the development of economy. Professional Specialized Middle School is a vital place to educate workers with high qualities, while the Chinese teachers in it play a leading role in training students' all-round qualities whose qualities impact greatly on the students. So it is imperative to improve the quality of Chinese teachers in Professional Specialized Middle School.The standpoint of this paper is based on teachers' professional theory and practice in the light of the essence of Chinese education. Thus, it preliminarily forms the specialized theoretical frame of Chinese teachers in Professional Specialized Middle School and analyses the factors in it. Firstly, it analyses the specialization background and theory foundation of Chinese teachers in the above schools. Secondly, it analyses the current situation of Chinese teachers' specialization. Then, the paper lays stress on the specialized accomplishment of Chinese teachers' from the angle of specialization, including the following three aspects: professional knowledge, specialized ability and the study of teachers' morals. And lastly, it produces the way and methods of Chinese teachers' specialization.
