Analysis & Countermeasure Study On The Teaching Resource Management Of University A

The paper is focused on the introduction of modern human resource management theory into teaching resource management in higher education. As a result, a shift is conducted for the teaching resource management in higher education from conventional personnel administrative management to modernized human resource management. On the basis of special traits within teaching resource management in higher education, its characteristics and the position and role haves been clarified in the development in higher education. Taking University A as objective, researches was made on its present teaching resource management system to analyze the existing problems. In the light of teaching staff recruiting, fostering, talent fetching and stabilizing, inspiring and sustainable development, an overall blueprint is generalized for its teaching resource management reform with applicable countermeasures. It may serve as practice foundation for teaching resource management in University A. Problems in University A also exist in other universities in teaching resource management. Therefore, the paper is strongly applicable in these universities.
