The western of Our country area is specially national minority of Xinjiang elementary education exists educational idea backwardness, the educational quality is inferior to others and such question like this,But the quality of teachers influences educational development. The author take the Miquan city area of Xinjiang national minority teachers(Uygur, Kazak) as the investigation and study object, using method such as questionnaire, discussion, individual interview,classroom observation and on-the-spot investigation,Carried on to the Miquan area Xinjiang national minority continuing education training present situation has been comprehensive,thorough and careful investigation and study.In to observe the record and the massive investigations data carries on the scientific analysis in the foundation,Has obtained the present miquan city of Xinjiang national minority teacher present situation is:The national minority teacher school record and the field research level does not tally,The specialized knowledge and the actual operation ability is weak;The national minority teacher bilingual education level is low;The national minority teacher's working pressure is large,Appeared the phenomenon which the professional spirit drops. The investigation and study discovered the Miquan area of Xinjiang national minority continuing education training has serious problems,Namely:The training funds is short;The technology contradictory is prominent;The transportation is inconvenient. The factors which influence continuing education training quality includes:the teachers strength is weak,The overall level and the practical work request disparity is large; the training content lacks pointed,The curriculum is unreasonable;the method of training teaches is unitary;the school condition is unperfect;the basic unit of teachers who receive training have negative attitude.Facing to the Miquan area of Xinjiang national minority continuing education existing major problems and the influence of continuingeducation training quality big factors,The author put forward five points of pointed proposals and the countermeasures:1st, constructs a high quality teachers troop of the national minority teachers continuing education training2nd, based on the national minority culture characteristics and the district characteristics,establish reasonable training content;3rd, implementation lamination training,Constructs the reasonable scientific training goal level system;4th, realization training funds investment,Practical guarantee of national minority teachers continuing education effectiveness;5 th, collated and corrected copy training and the out of production training union is a good form to the national minority teacher continuing education good form.This thesis the constructive countermeasure which proposed in the quantity and in the archery target real diagnosis investigation and study analysis foundation,!! is the purpose that provides the beneficial reference to the Xinjiang national minority teachers training work for the development of the western area,Thus through having the improvement the teacher.s training work,the teacher's quality promote the Xinjiang national minority elementary education development fully.
