Carrying on the moral responsibility education to the middle-school students is a need of fostering the talented in the 21st century, and also, it is a significant project that must be done by educators in the new era. As the entry of WTO, deepening of "opening and reform up", the losing of moral responsibility has seriously endangered human beings themselves as well as the existence and development of the human society today. all the countries believe unanimously that strengthening the moral responsibility education, especially the moral responsibility education for middle-school students, is a basic strategy of the moral reflourish and enabling people to take responsibility. Any discussion about education is likely to refer to responsibility education, therefore, to some extent, moral education is actually responsibility education. It requests people to behave responsibly and be responsible for the life.This thesis indicates that some students' moral responsibility senses are indifferent, the behaviors and habits of moral responsibility are relatively bad through the analysis of middle-school students'moral responsibility state. Then, it summarizes and concludes the questions that exist in the present moral responsibility education in school through documents, interview and questionnaire: 1 A part of teacher's moral responsibility senses are indifferent. 2.The goals of school's moral responsibility education "pan-politicalize" 3.The content of the moral responsibility education deviates from pragmatization. 4 The methods of moral responsibility teaching non-humanize. Then, it further elaborates some other factors that influence moral responsibility education for middle-school students, such as social factors, family factors, etc. The moral responsibility education's effect is difficult to embody because of these factors' together function.Based on the reconsideration of the present moral responsibility education, the writer proposed the countermeasures improving the education of moral responsibility:1 Establish the new idea of moral responsibility education.2.Mould the moral-education teachers perfect personalites.3.Define the principle that moral responsibility education must adhere to.4Improve the method of moral responsibility teaching.5Coordinate educational factors, shape the education with joint effort.
