The Instructional Design emerges in the 50's or 60's in the USA,Its goal is attempts to establish to be able to link up the teaching theory and the teaching practice knowledge bridge. Compares with the former high school mathematics curriculum, the new turn of mathematics curriculum reforms from the idea, the content to the implementation, all has changes. In order to achieve mathematics education educational reform goal, the teacher is the key, the teaching implementation is the main channel, but the Instructional Design is achieves the curriculum goal, the implementation teaching premise and the important foundation.In the high school mathematics curriculum content, the sequence represents as the separate function model one, not only has the important position in the high school mathematics, but also has the extremely widespread function in the real life, at the same time, the sequence teaching also is raises the observation, the analysis, the induction, the suspicion, the logical inference as well as using mathematics knowledge proposed the question, the analysis question and solve the question essential important way. Thus, the research sequence Instructional Design may see clearly the high school mathematics Instructional Design the general rule, then puts up a more solid bridge in between the high school mathematics Instructional Design theory and the practice.This research uses the interview method, the survey procedure of investigation paper as well as the literature method, in order to seek an outstanding mathematics teacher, the teaching material compile and amend as well as the student to the Instructional Design attention spot. Through the motion methodology, the method of inspection and the contrast methodology carry on the track to the sequence teaching practice, this research seeks Instructional Design the factor , which affects the teacher to carry on the sequence under the new curriculum background, and how carries on the sequence the Instructional Design?I believe that carrying on the Instructional Design of the sequence does not have the eternal the Instructional Design pattern. Choosing which kind of Instructional Design style and presenting by any type form for the students, both must consider to the course content characteristic, and must consider to students' factor. Certainly, it also relates to teacher's teaching style. So we must synthesize the many kinds of factors, then decide by the situation. However the good Instructional Design does not only achieve the knowledge the instruction, but also can have the certain promoter action to student's ability development.
