"To make education socialized and to make society edccated"has become the main trend of education reform and decelopment in countries of the world.Community education is just the junction point of the two. Preschool education is an important part of community education,Its development of the socialization has become very necessary and urgent.The rising and developing of the community preschool education in China shows an excellent prospect for the preschool education reforming and developing. And with the development of the urban community construction and the real estate Industry,More and more new residential districts hare been built up.Community kindergaten has been brought forward to meet the educational need of the community residents.The development of the community kindergarten has been an important trend of preschool education in China. On the basis of applying the research results of community preschool education at home abroad and investigating six urban community kindergarten in Changchun, Jilin province,the author researches the characteristics and the problems of the urban community kindergarten.The article contains four parts:Part one:introducing the importance of the unban community kindergarten to preschool education in China; the history of the unban community kindergarten;research methods.Part two:introducing the characteristics of the urban community kindergarten.The characterics contains the dicersfication of model of running community kindergarten,the market tendency of running community kindergarten,the communitization of preschool education.Part three:analyzing the exited problems of the urban community kindergarten in China.The problems contains:the quality of the kindergarten needs to be improved;the dispoition of the kindergarten isn't rational,the kindergarten two very divide phenomenon is serious;the property of the kinderganten isn't definite; Preschool education is separate from the community.Part fore: putting forward some suggestions and opionious from government,community and kindergarten.
