Education is a great cause to train and portray people. Recent years, with more andmore people attach importance to education, everyone eagers to have a good education.Nowadays, the problem of equality has also become a goal that people are pursued andadvocated. It can be said that people's consciousness of equality in the minds graduallybecome clear and strong, everyone eagers to enjoy equitable educational resources, enjoysfair treatment in the classroom. Educational equality has entered the era, it has been in theschedule of the educational government, schools at all levels, teachers and students. In thefield of education, it has been one of the hot concern issuesThe research technique of this article uses synthetically classroom observation, literatureanalysis and questionnaire inquiry. I look through the problem of equality in the classroomteaching from observers, teachers and students these three facets, and I choose a class of aprimary school in Changchun to do some observation, in the class , I written down theinformation of the teachers and the students. In this way, I analyze its causes, proposeappropriate measures.This paper is divided into four main parts: the first part mainly illustrates the research ofthe concept of the equality. The second part mainly discusses the understanding of theconcept of the classroom teaching equality and the character of the classroom teachingequality, the third part, from classroom observation, literature analysis and questionnaireinquiry, mainly make a reality inspection for classroom teaching equality, meanwhileanalyze its reasons and the bad influence, consequences. The last part mainly take out someuseful measures to solve and improve classroom teaching equality, turn our ideal into reality,and make ourselves and lots of teachers think it over.
