Whether students are treated equally in classroom teaching in secondary schools may have a direct influence on the students'learning achievement, life philosophy and concept of value. Therefore, it is of great significance to realize the equality of classroom teaching in secondary schools. For example, equality in classroom teaching is helpful for students'all-around development and the development of teachers'inner quality, which therefore make it possible for the reform on education for all-around development; meanwhile, equality in classroom teaching will benefit for the development of social democracy and therefore promote the development of a harmonious society.The author of the present paper finds that there is inequality in classroom teaching in secondary schools through field observation. For example, teachers will treat their students unequally on problems such as teaching materials, difficulty of questions, correcting homework, attitudes towards students'hobbies and mistakes, generation of class cadres and the seats arrangement etc. The reasons for the phenomenon are many, for instance, the mainly factors are low equality of teacher staff, low salaries of teachers, formalization of teachers'professional train, challenge of teachers'living environment, unreasonable of arrangement on teachers'work, the exam-oriented education, unreasonable assessment on teaching and utility of social interaction.For the purpose of equality on classroom teaching in secondary schools, some measures should be put into practice. More investment is required; teachers should know about every student and treat them equally so as to improve their inner qualities; schools should better the system of personnel and make a fair and reasonable assessment; moreover, the system of enrollment and examination should also be reformed.
