Maria Montessori is the first female Medicinal Doctor in Italian. She created the first world famous kindergarten in 1907, named "Home of Children", which was her first step in teaching industry. Ever since that, Dr. Montessori had created the unique teaching theory and method for the children after many years' observation, experiment and research, which was called Montessori Childhood Teaching Theory, presently the named Montessori school are distributed about 110 countries all over the world.The early Montessori teaching scheme is the training plan designed for the retarded children in learning and development, maybe the later amended scheme is fit for the normal children at the kindergarten age, however, the applicability and localization must be considered after the import of Montessori method, it will be a task for the childhood psychologist and teaching staff during the long period to develop and complete the Montessori teaching theory. As the in-service kindergarten teachers, it is important to make the localization of Montessori teaching method during our studying and operation, which means how to accept Montessori teaching idea in dialectic way and adopt her reasonable content in the teaching of Chinese kindergarten, so that to build the kindergarten course system that could meet the requirement of local kindergarten and future social development and the spirit of "Education Guidance Program for the Kindergarten (Pilot Edition)", to promote the multi-cultivation and harmonious development of excellent character for the comprehensive quality of children utmost.Based on the learning of Montessori teaching method soul and summary of localization research experiment on Chinese Montessori teaching, this study has introduced the sample of the First Department Kindergarten in Zhuhai city of China comprehensively, which includes understanding the potential advanced and modern idea of Montessori teaching method, studying and inheriting the advanced prospect of Montessori teaching, making research and experiment about the localization of Montessori teaching method, and the key point of "How to develop and utilize the Montessori teaching aid creatively?", "How to make a Montessori Parent-Child Education?", "How to make a Montessori Children Evaluation?" etc. meanwhile, also includes the complement and perfect about the "Montessori Teaching" scheme by the utilization of education experiments and characters in this kindergarten, so as to make the "Montessori Teaching" to suit the education environment in this kindergarten, all these above will improve the education innovation and promote the quality education service for this kindergarten.
