Challenge And Countermeasure For The Work Of Director In Class

The social economic development has passed the picking and hunting times, planting times and industry times, now it has stepped into the fourth economic times partially, which is called economic and knowledge times. During the economic and knowledge times, the globe is coming into education globe and digital globe. The 21 century is becoming an education century. The education will be the mother of economic knowledge, democracy and advanced culture. The education is just stepping to the center of social economic production from the edge of social economic production. The knowledge economic times are also the education times. During the background of knowledge economic times, people could hardly learn all knowledge and skill only in the youth period and the full-time school. The lifelong education, full space learning and self-learning are just becoming the first demand for the human's existence and sustainable development, therefore, the community education is developing gradually. This study has expatiated on the importance of community education and the current condition and future prospect of Chinese community, aiming at the primary problems existed in the community education, this study also provide the relevant proposals in promoting the development of Chinese community education.
