The Study Of Community Sports Development Of Chang Sha City Under The Background Of "Two Type Society"

With the rapid economic development, people's health awareness has gradually strengthened. Emphasis on physical training has become a rational choice, but the service system in social sports is unsound. At the grass-roots level of society, community harmony can lead to harmony in society as a whole and community sports also has a very important role to play in community construction. Therefore, a good grasp of community sports management systems and operational mechanisms has a very important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of "two types of society" in socialism.In recent years, with social progress and the continuous development of community sports, community sports have largely met the needs of different groups of people. Meanwhile, with urban communities increasingly carrying out sports there still exists insufficient and negative factors associated with sports. In this study, through questionnaires and field surveys, we gain access to the whole situation of community sports in Changsha City.The situation of the Changsha City Community Sports is not optimistic. Changsha City residents recognize the need of fitness activities, but the actual participation in activities is very little. They participate in activities mainly in the mornings and the activities target the elderly. Sports participation is mainly in the events which are not limited by space and equipment and are simple without any guidance. Changsha community sports organizations are the morning and evening training activities, sports fitness groups, training locations, sports grounds, while sports clubs organizations are few. Sports organizations have smaller scale features and the activities are mainly self-directed.Community and neighborhood-based management are the main style of existing community sports management systems. There are personnel to manage Changsha community sports activities, but less full-time managers, management systems, and a lack of substantive guidance.Community sports development in Changsha City has the following problems: the community's understanding and awareness of sports is inadequate; community sports management systems are far from perfect; the complexity of the selection of priorities; a lacking of a community sports legal system; the relative lack of community sports resources; sports population constraints; and grass-roots organizations are imperfectly developing community sports.According to the idea that puts service as the center and sets resources and security systems, the Changsha City sports security system in urban communities includes sports services to identify security systems, sports systems, sports personnel, facilities, and funding for Category 5 protection systems, where 16 items constitute a security system for community sports and community sports development based on strategic measures to identify the objectives of each sub-system functionality and the project objectives. Through appropriate strategies the project objectives can be implemented to address the issue of community sports development.We put forward the corresponding responses in accordance with the current situation of community sports in Changsha. The construction of community sports management systems and operation mechanisms in Changsha should follow the basic principles whereby there is government lead participation ,lower center of gravity, based on the grassroots level, latter to block the main.
