As one of the important popular arts of the 20th century, Musical has become a world cultural property. Though it is a popular culture, it is rich in the huge educational value. But according to the current art teaching in primary and middle school, many good education conceptions can not be applied to teaching the teenager for the absence of ideal educational carrier. This paper will illustrate the educational value of the Musical and the possibility of applying the Musical to art teaching in primary and middle school and prove that Musical is a perfect carrier by analyzing both the art feature of musical and mentality of the teenager.
