Approach To The Problems And Solutions Of The Administration Of Independent College

In the 21st century, with the acceleration of globalization in economy, the world has got into an era of Knowledge Economy in many fields. The new era has an unprecedented demand for qualified scientists and technicians. The establishment and implementation of our national strategy "Science and education can vitalize the nation" has quickened the steps to develop the higher education.
