“National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan”.clearlyput forward the idea of making pre-school education basically assertible to allchildren.The construction of the kindergartens all over the country has entered a rapiddevelopment period,such as,setting up new kindergartens,rebuilding kindergartens,as wellas the expansion of some kindergartens,and how to promote the development of thekindergarten from the managerial perspective are the major concern for all personnelengaged in the field of preschool education.This paper focuses on study of the theory ofkindergarten management and it’s progress theory.This papes likes Qinhuangdaoeconomic and Technological Development Zone Kindergarten as a case,through theanalysis especially of the historical evolution and ever-changing contents ofmanagement at different stages,a detailed analysis on the following aspects,such as,systemmanagement,management of teachers,child-care and teaching quality,safety managementand the management of parent’s participation in kindergarten education,the author makesa thorough analysis of the existing problems as well as the prospective problems,and putsforward some strategies and coping methods to solve them.By doing so,it perfectskindergarten management system and promotes the development of early childhoodeducation. Through in-depth analysis and study,it is concluded that the kindergarten is ina transition period from extensive management to the meticulous management.In thisimportant period,we should over come the shortcomings and solve the existing problemsin kindergarten management,effectively improve the consciousness of managementthought,strengthen the system management,teaching staff management and securitymanagement,and optimize the parent ‘s participation in kindergarten education,Only bydoing so can we improve the work efficiency,and enhance the over all management skillsof kindergarten.The author believes that,due to the flat that the government has attachedgreat importance to preschool education and the whole society has paid attention to it,themanagement skills of kindergartens will continue to be developed and improved.
