Research And Implementation Of Multidimensional Teacher Evaluation System

Scientific evaluation of teachers, which is aming at the development of teachers and improvement of education quality, is an important issue of the education reform. Establishment of a comprehensive, scientific, reasonable teacher evaluation system, and accomplish the teachers evaluation process by information technology are useful for the development of education.Evaluation of teachers and evaluation system research is a very practical significance of the work. In predecessors on the considerable work on the evaluation of teachers, evaluation systems, and evaluation approachs, we start our work on teacher evaluation system. The major work in this text as follows:(1) On the basis of the current evaluation model analysis, we have made multidimensional model for the evaluation of teachers in order to achieve a comprehensive, objective evaluation.(2) We used Delphi and the AHP approach to establish a teacher evaluation guideline system, and identified their weight.(3) We used B/S architecture for the structural design of the evaluation system, and selected ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server to implement the evaluation system for teachers based on .Net Framework.This text is summary of Tianjin Education Science "tenth five" issue (PS118) "Research of establishing cadres, teachers and workers evaluation system". We conducted experiments to evaluate system, and achieved satisfactory results.
