The change of times requires educators to actively promote the cultivation of innovative talents,and the application and innovation of mathematical models is indispensable in the process of mathematics teaching.The General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition 2020 Revision)(hereinafter referred to as” The 2020 CS”)proposes the core literacy of mathematical modeling.The 2020 CS divides the core literacy of mathematical modeling into three levels from four aspects,and makes a more specific phenotypic description of the corresponding level in each aspect.Some first-line teachers have many problems in the evaluation process using this level framework.For example,levels are not specific,not easy to operate,and inconvenient for comparison between the research objects.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new model of mathematical modeling core literacy evaluation based on The 2020 CS.The difficulty of the test questions will affect the results of the evaluation.In order to consider the difficulty of the test questions in the evaluation,this research first divides the mathematical modeling test questions into layers and establishes a hierarchical classification framework.The test question level is classified from three aspects: situation(familiar situation,related situation,comprehensive situation),question(simple problem,a little bit more complicated problem,complicated problem),communication and reflection(direct instructions,explanation,comprehensive explanation).A total of 23 mathematics teaching and research staff,front-line teachers,and postgraduate students(the direction of mathematics education)were selected as survey subjects.Literature analysis method is used in order to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of mathematical modeling core literacy.And then use the Delphi expert advice to illustrate the rationality of the indicators,and modify unreasonable indicators.Finally,5first-level indicators(mathematicization,modeling,model solution,interpretation and evaluation,mathematical expression)and 16 second-level indicators were determined.8experts were invited to compare the indicators in pairs,using the AHP to determine the weight of indicators.In order to facilitate comparison and analysis of the evaluation results,this research will evaluate the performance of students in the test process through scoring.This explains the necessity of determining the full marks of different levels of test questions and specific grading rules.According to the level of the three aspects of the test questions and the weight of each index,determine the full marks of different levels of test questions and the full marks under each index.The grading rules will be determined based on the specific test questions and the full scores under each index.Finally,this research selects several high school students as objects of the study to conduct mathematical modeling tests.And the evaluation model was used to evaluate the core literacy of mathematical modeling of students,which illustrates the rationality and operability of the model.
