Urbanite's Vocational Adaptation Level And The Determinants

Using data from 1227 urbanite in hangzhou city, this article describes the urban people's vocational adaptation level and its determinants. The study shows, the vocational adaptation level of urbanite lies in a high level. The determinants of the vocational adaptation level of Urbanite are: politic background, professional title, diligence, the post of mather. These factors indicate that the congenial factors are not connected to the vocational adaptation level of urbanite ,nonetherless, factors of competitive power affect the vocational adaptation level of urbanite. These findings lead to a perspective on the vocational adaptation level of urbanite. That is, relatively, the vocational adaptation level of urbanite may be affected by determinants of the extent of socialization (competitive power).
