On The Study Of Management System Of Ideological And Political Work Of Students In Independent Institute

Independent institute is a new form of higher education developing in recent years. New situation and new problems arise with the enlarged enrollment. Accordingly, exploring a new management system of students' ideological works is vital to enhance and improve the ideological work in independent institute, and promoting its steady and sustainable development. This paper attempts to construct a framework and practical implement of managing students' ideological work in independent institute and its host university.Firstly, from analyzing the practice of ideological work, this paper presents a definition of management system of students' ideological works, that is, management system of ideological and political work of students includes system of organization and leadership of students' ideological work and their interrelationship.Secondly, the paper presents the grounds on which to build the management system of students' ideological work: the objective of higher education, task of students' ideological work, management system of ideological and political work of students in both independent institute and its host college.Thirdly, by analyzing the content, characteristics and problems of the current "old double-track system" and "new double-track", the paper argues that the focus of students' ideological work is subjection, function, institution and operation of independent institute, and constructs the framework and practical suggestion for management system of ideological and political work of students in independent institute..
