This thesis intends to deeply make a study on how to use the "raising questions" teaching model for physics teaching in Junior Middle School to cultivate Junior Middle School students' ability to discover problems and raise questions. The main contents of the thesis are the following:Firstly, circumscribing the field of the ability of "raising questions".Secondly, the study puts forward and constructs the "raising questions" teaching model for physics teaching in Junior Middle School, and provides us the teaching strategies of cultivating Junior Middle School students' ability to raise questions. In order to examine the practical effect of this teaching model, this research carries out an experimental study of the physics education in Junior Middle School. The result of the study shows that the "raising questions" teaching model for physics teaching in Junior Middle School can improve Junior Middle School students' ability of discovering problems and raising questions more effectively than the conventional teaching model, especially to the superior and moderate students.
