The values of the youngsters, the core of the ideological and political qualities of the special youngsters play decisive parts in the all-round and balancing development of the youngsters' physically and mentally healthy. The education of values is a perpetual and dynamic topic. The characteristics of the age which we are living in now can be described as "four changes, four greats, and four diversities". "Four changes" refers to the changes of the era, the changes of the society, the changes of the systems and the changes of the values. "Four greats" refers to the great competition of the advanced talents, the great opening of the world's economy, the great development of the high-tech and the great confluence of the pluralistic cultures.
