The school compensation management is necessary and important to build a more prosperous school. The strategy of salary system reform is not an isolated issue; it has its social background.In contemporary situation, education competition among varies types of schools is basically a kind of competition in teachers area. Every top class school has a high-qualified stuff full of creative. Teachers' professional promotion is the essential key of the school development.Because of the importance of teachers and stuff members, we have our vision of constructional development of gifted and talented teachers and stuff members. Our goal is to build three school teams with different characteristics: The first is the team of teachers —Proper sized staff according to exact situation in school; High-qualified teachers with expertise and commitment; Reasonable structure that suit for the growth of the whole team; Full of spirit and abilities to create in teaching. The second is the team of instructors and school supervisors —Following the rules and principles of the Party; Having the concepts of modern management and ability of creativity; Be suitable for efficiency, high quality, and professional administration. The last is the team of logistics—Reasonable organized specialists; Professional technical support for school' s working order.Theoretical resources told us that there are more theories and methods in companies than in schools upon the reform compensation system. Similar cases that occurred in schools mainly focus on colleges and universities. It is really rare to see the research and the article on middle school compensation system management. So it has its necessity to start this research.The author' s article is a conclusion about the research and survey under the direction of the writer' s instructor. According to the satisfaction survey about the stuff s salary in public middle school, the article generally introduced these basic concepts and strategiesbelow: 1 Analyzed the key consists of the salary management; 2 Compared the two systems of the salary management in China and countries overseas; 3 Committed a research about the salary management system in Zi Yang Middle School Xuhui District Shanghai by using varies approaches; such as; observing; interviewing; questionnaire and survey; 4 Collected the data and information from the stuff in different positions; ages; and not the same education background. 5 Studied the satisfactory degreeAfter analyzing the data and information; the research found that there is a low satisfactory degree upon several areas: the school inspiring system (rewarding and award policy) the rationality of the allowance the connection between educational assess criteria and stuff salary the correlation between the salary management project and the scheme of school development.There is a common opinion among stuff members that the administrators should care about teacher' s attitudes and their metalities. Equilibration allowance and low inspiring salary policy may not expect efficient work performancesIn writer' s point of view; it is essentially important to build a fair; just; and reasonable salary system in current school management. Salary system management is not only focus on material benefits but welfare and encouragement in other ways; such as; working equipment and condition; school culture and atmosphere; chances of professional training and promotion.The concepts of multiple salary system management design are based on the value of job position; the arrangement of salary system; the award of academic performances; and the inspiring policy.In the end; the writer put forward the strategies and suggestions upon how to improve management and arrangement of middle school salary system.
