An Research That The Participating Type Teaching Is Being Used In The Primary Math Class

Since China-Britain Basic Education Program began in 1999, partly primary teachers have been trained with the participating type teaching, to change the teaching methods and change the studying methods of students finally. The participating type teaching emphasizes several aspects: taking the students as the main role, using activity as important teaching ways, participating equally between teachers & students. Its purpose is to arouse the subjective initiativey of the students. Whereas , reformation of the Basic Education Courses would change the studying methods, and advocate the studying of active co-operating & Researching.The aim of my research is: Investigating the comprehension & using in Lanzhou partly, and the function from the participating type teaching, and the difficulties that the teachers meet. Through my research, we can collect much more information to develop our participating type teaching. Our research uses many ways-interview, survey & watching, and investigating the use & effects from L school of Lanzhou city.We can draw a conclusion through the research:(1) The math teachers could understand & using it in the class; (2) The relation between teachers & student has greatly changed, but still some trouble exists; (3) It would affect the advanced development for teachers ability, evaluation system & objective condition;(4) Some teachers couldn't take students equally & were confused by the surface, so couldn't get good effects. We can give some suggestion :(1) Teachers should improve the professional ability; (2) Teachers should give much more research to their teaching; (3) School should use good methods, organize teachers to study & discuss, so as to result of the class ; (4)Education department should change the evaluation that take the score as the unique standard ; (5) Government should invest greatly so as to ensure the educational expenditure.
