The scientific educational reform of the modern world aims the training of all students' good scientific accomplishment as its own goal. The high or low level of scientific accomplishment of the national citizens of a country affects directly the development of science and technology of the country, that is, the synthesis power of a country has close relations with the national citizens' scientific accomplishment. Compared to a developed country, the scientific accomplishment of our national citizens still remains in a backward situation. Currently, the low level of our national citizens' scientific accomplishment is becoming a serious lag factor of retarding the progress of our national society, economy development and international competition.Supposing a country wants to be powerful and wants to develop its race, it is of great urgency to raise the scientific accomplishment of national citizens. In the text, first of all, it has discussed what the scientific accomplishment is, and on this basis, it has explained the composition of middle school students' scientific accomplishment and the important function in training middle school students' scientific accomplishment of physics teaching. Launching the research of scientific accomplishment education accords with cultivating students' initiative spirit and the request for practice ability put forward at present, which can offer a certain basis for the practice of quality- oriented education.
